McKenna Orthodontics will work with you and make every effort to create a payment plan that makes treatment affordable. We offer flexible, interest-free financing and a multiple family member discount. We accept all major credit cards and can arrange for automatic payment from your credit card.

We want you to know what your benefits are before treatment starts.

Orthodontic insurance is different from general dentistry insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum benefit. Some insurance companies do not provide cards; however, you can obtain the information online or by calling them directly. As a courtesy to our patients, our office administration staff will be happy to call your insurance company in advance to your initial consult appointment for you.

We will help you with insurance submissions.

McKenna Orthodontics will gladly assist you in submitting insurance claims pertaining to charges for care rendered in our office. In order to submit claims, we require the following information: The name of your dental insurance company, their address and telephone number, as well as the subscriber’s name, date of birth, ID, and group number. Please complete the insurance form that we provide to you and sign where indicated. Due to HIPAA guidelines, we are unable to contact your general dentist for any insurance information.  

Please be aware our primary financial relationship is with our patients or responsible party and not their respective insurance companies. If your benefits change during the course of treatment, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges not paid by insurance. For your convenience, we will accept payments from your insurance company assigned to us by the insured. Such payments will be credited accordingly to your account.
